Growth & Business Development Manager

About the role

Latitude Financial is seeking a commercially driven Growth & Business Development Manager to lead partner onboarding, optimisation and growth for its Sales Finance portfolio. You will work closely with internal functions and external partners to deliver performance and expand the business.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners, ensure smooth integration and early performance.
• Manage relationships with newly onboarded partners for 12 months, delivering against business cases through optimisation, campaign delivery and QBRs.
• Drive growth in key partners via re‑engagement, optimisation and revitalisation.
• Identify and pursue mid‑market/enterprise interest‑free partnership opportunities ($2M+).
• Support end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise interest‑free partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years in partnerships, B2B commercial roles, or sales management within financial services or retail.
• Proven success growing partner portfolios and identifying scalable commercial opportunities.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and corporate clients.
• Strong critical thinking, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• AI‑native workflow tools for market mapping, presentation preparation, insight discovery and admin automation.
