Growth Account Manager – Enterprise SaaS (Remote)

About the role

SpinifexIT is seeking a Growth Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers using its SAP‑integrated payroll and HR solutions. This remote, work‑from‑home position offers autonomy and direct interaction with senior stakeholders, SAP partners, and internal product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50 enterprise accounts, focusing on renewal, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Customer Success, Product and Support to ensure customers realise maximum value.
• Identify growth opportunities linked to customers’ transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management or SaaS/software sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
