Graphic / Motion Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic / Motion Designer to join our in‑house design studio supporting a fast‑growing Australian green AI company. The role is full‑time, five days a week, and involves creating visual assets across brand, campaign, digital, and product projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create social graphics, carousels, digital ads, email graphics and website assets.
• Develop animations, typography sequences, explainers, video graphics and short‑form motion content.
• Adapt content for different audiences and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Translate approved campaign concepts into complete suites of static and motion assets.
• Produce variations, resizes and cut‑downs efficiently for campaigns.
• Design screen content, presentation graphics, signage and launch assets for events and major projects.
• Partner with the Producer to incorporate footage and photography into brand assets.
• Build templates, motion components and repeatable formats to support regular publishing.
• Trial AI and design tools with the senior design team and apply proven approaches.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion work for marketing or brand communications.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling abilities.
• Experience adapting campaigns across social, digital and event formats.
• Confidence working with photography, video assets and production specifications.
• Collaborative approach to feedback, deadlines and a steady flow of design work.
