Graphic Designer – Women's Fashion

About the role

As a Graphic Designer for Black Pepper, you will shape the visual expression of one of Australia’s leading women’s fashion brands. Working within the Marketing team, you will create customer‑focused assets that reinforce brand engagement across digital, retail and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital, retail, CRM, eCommerce and print.
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotional activities and key trading periods.
• Design customer‑facing creative such as EDMs, social media content, paid media assets, website graphics, POS and in‑store communications.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency while keeping creative fresh and commercially effective.
• Assist with content creation, campaign execution and post‑production requirements.
• Develop and maintain creative templates, asset libraries and brand resources.
• Monitor creative trends and competitor activity to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer brands.
• Strong digital and retail creative background.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visual storytelling and brand communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded attitude.
