Experience Centre Design Consultant

About the role

The Design Consultant will be based in the Fisher & Paykel Experience Centre in Alexandria, Sydney, providing premium expertise to the kitchen, interior design, architectural and builder community. The role involves networking, consulting on live projects and acting as the brand ambassador for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and specifier clients.
• Host client tours, deliver brand storytelling and product insights.
• Support chef‑led culinary experiences and special events.
• Produce project product specifications and assist with venue operations and logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create case studies and marketing content.

Required profile

• Strong network within Sydney design community and proven experience in brand building or strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work collaboratively, challenge ideas respectfully and deliver fast‑action solutions.
