Graduate Registered Nurse – Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Arcare residence in Maidstone. The role offers a variety of shifts to support work‑life balance and provides hands‑on experience in aged‑care nursing within a modern, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care, including health assessments, vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
• Assess, treat and manage wounds while preventing infection.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans and maintain accurate clinical records using the eCase system.
• Identify and manage pain, respond to medical emergencies and provide compassionate end‑of‑life care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of aged‑care accreditation standards.
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the eCase clinical documentation system.
