Graduate Program 2027 – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

Woods Bagot’s Graduate Program offers recent Architecture and Interior Design graduates the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from large‑scale mixed‑use developments to hospitality and workplace environments. You will be mentored by senior leaders and gain exposure to design detailing, design reviews, and global project collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leaders on design detailing and participate in design review sessions.
• Contribute to a variety of project types, including mixed‑use, hospitality, and workplace design.

Required profile

• Academic excellence – Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Architecture (or equivalent) with a credit average or above.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing process, key projects, and technical abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑oriented skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Exposure to Revit.
• Exposure to Rhino.
