About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional and workplace assessments.
• Provide ergonomics and manual handling advice.
• Develop return‑to‑work plans and coordinate equipment prescription.
• Manage cases, engage stakeholders and produce clinical reports.

Required profile

• Graduate with a Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence with vehicle access.
• Strong communication, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
