Graduate Occupational Therapist

About the role

Join Early Start Australia's 12‑month Graduate Program as an Occupational Therapist at our Werribee clinic. You will work within a close‑knit allied health team, delivering therapy to children and families while receiving dedicated supervision and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload, including complex clients, using a client‑centred approach.
• Design, implement, monitor, and adjust individualised therapy programs across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with funding requirements such as NDIS plans.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
• Current Driver’s Licence, vehicle, Working with Children Check or equivalent, NDIS worker screening and Police Check.
• Accredited First Aid and CPR certification.
