About the role
Join AIM Therapy’s graduate program and start your career as an Occupational Therapist working with children and families. You will receive structured supervision, hands‑on mentoring and a supportive multidisciplinary team from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and build rapport with new families.
- Deliver fun, creative therapy sessions in clinic, community, schools and homes.
- Collaborate with schools, families and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Review therapy progress, plan next steps and support transitions.
Required profile
- Newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Occupational Therapist.
- Curious, compassionate and people‑focused.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
