About the role

Emerge Capital’s 2027 Analyst Programme offers a dynamic, hands‑on opportunity for driven final‑year university students to gain exposure to the real‑estate investment sector. As a Graduate Analyst intern, you will work closely with senior professionals across investment management and transaction advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis of acquisition and divestment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for a range of real‑estate assets.
• Assist in building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and business case documentation.
• Collaborate with senior team members on technical analysis and advisory projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a university degree.
• Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in real‑estate investment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
