Residential Property Manager - Karratha (5:2 FIFO)

About the role

Sodexo is recruiting a Residential or FIFO Property Manager for its Property Management team in Karratha, Western Australia. The role manages a single client's remotely located portfolio of properties for an Australian mining company. It is offered either on a Monday-to-Friday FIFO roster or as a residentially based role in Karratha. You will be guided in contract delivery, organisational processes and compliance by a regional Housing Manager, supported by a Perth-based team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage housing applications, assessments and reviews
• Handle leasing, incoming and vacating tenancy procedures
• Carry out routine inspections and PCR's
• Manage property maintenance
• Handle bonds and tenant damage cost recovery
• No trust accounting, no end-of-month tasks and no weekend home opens

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience in residential property management or agency management
• DMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (Western Australia)
• Ability to manage your own schedule, competing priorities and work under pressure
• Attention to detail, with accurate client, lease and tenant records
• W.A. driver's licence

Required skills

• Advanced computing skills and ability to learn new property systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
