Graduate Analyst – Private Equity & Corporate Advisory

About the role

Corner Capital is seeking a motivated graduate analyst to support its private equity and corporate advisory activities. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, founders, and management teams, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle from deal sourcing to portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry, market and company research to identify investment opportunities.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and build three‑statement financial models.
• Assist in business valuation and development of investment theses.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda, client advisory presentations and other investment materials.
• Support post‑investment monitoring and strategic initiatives for portfolio companies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen interest in private equity and corporate advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
