Global Supply Planner

About the role

Quad Lock is seeking a Global Supply Planner to own end‑to‑end supply planning across B2B and direct‑to‑consumer channels. You will balance product availability, inventory levels and cost efficiency while supporting a fast‑growing international business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply plans and purchase orders for each regional Distribution Centre, monitoring daily exception alerts in Logility.
• Maintain visibility of low stock via the Backorder Board and communicate proactively across teams.
• Oversee the full OEM order cycle, from placement to ex‑factory release, and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics.
• Serve as backup for master‑data tasks in NetSuite and Logility, including SKU setup, lead‑time, MOQ and pricing contracts.
• Analyse supply‑chain data, produce monthly reports on availability, stock turns, CRD adherence and order cycle times, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives such as automation and AI.
• Partner with demand planning, sales, marketing, product, manufacturing and customer‑experience teams to keep supply plans aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Planner in a retail/wholesale environment, preferably with a global footprint.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross‑functionally and with external partners.
• Tertiary qualification in business management, logistics or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / G‑Suite proficiency.
• Experience with Logility (supply‑planning system).
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP).
