Global Head of Brand & Marketing

About the role

SLICKHAIR is seeking a Global Head of Brand & Marketing to steer its worldwide brand strategy and drive integrated campaigns across retail, digital, social and e‑commerce channels. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will translate the brand vision into commercially effective initiatives while partnering with product development from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global brand consistency across Australia, the Middle East, Europe and the US.
• Own the full marketing calendar, leading flagship moments such as Coachella, holiday campaigns and the Target US launch.
• Develop market‑specific strategies to support international growth, including the 2026 Target US go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with the NPD team to position new products strategically from day one.
• Manage influencer programs and hold external agencies accountable to strategic outcomes.
• Track brand performance metrics (sales, ROI, acquisition, engagement) and report against business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing internal team, establishing efficient workflows and creative standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global brand and marketing leadership within consumer‑focused industries.
• Ability to translate brand vision into multi‑channel campaigns and execute them hands‑on.
• Experience partnering with product development and managing influencer and agency relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance and optimise ROI.
• Leadership skills to develop and inspire a lean, high‑impact team.
