Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead end‑to‑end digital campaigns across ANZ and India, driving lead generation, pipeline contribution and marketing ROI for Genesys’ AI‑powered experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise LinkedIn, display, programmatic and email campaigns, including weekly performance reviews.
• Manage website content, blogs and landing pages, ensuring SEO, localisation and conversion optimisation.
• Oversee paid search and ABM initiatives with agency partners, driving budget utilisation and ROI.
• Run 6sense display and content‑syndication programs, tracking performance across regions.
• Handle regional digital marketing budgets, forecasting, invoicing and reporting on pipeline impact.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑market campaigns and connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.

Required skills

• Paid media platforms: LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, Meta, 6sense.
• Email marketing and automation tools.
• CRM (Salesforce), CMS (WordPress), analytics (Tableau, GA4).
• SEO tools (SEMRush) and design tools.
