About the role

The Global Audience Growth Marketing Manager will ensure CTM’s ideas, executive perspectives and customer stories are not only published but actively distributed, amplified and discussed across the market. This strategic, collaborative role focuses on expanding audience reach, building relationships and developing scalable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute audience growth, executive advocacy and community‑engagement initiatives.
• Leverage data, AI, automation and emerging channels to improve reach, discoverability and performance.
• Collaborate with global content and marketing teams to scale impact of CTM’s expertise.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B audience growth, content distribution or demand generation.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into measurable programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams.
