About the role
BESIX Watpac is looking for a Content and Communications Officer to develop and deliver internal and external communications that strengthen brand reputation and boost employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Produce corporate communications such as organisational reports, business updates and stakeholder content.
- Draft high‑quality award submissions aligned with organisational achievements.
- Create engaging digital content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Write case studies showcasing project success, innovation and community impact.
- Support planning, delivery and reporting of communication campaigns that promote business objectives.
Required profile
- Experience in content creation, corporate communications, public relations, journalism or marketing communications.
- Proven ability to develop corporate content including reports, newsletters, case studies and strategic communications.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management capabilities.
