Generalist Consultant

About the role

Advice is seeking a Generalist Consultant to join our dynamic consulting teams. You will work closely with senior colleagues on a variety of client engagements, gaining exposure to multiple industries and business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in teams of 3‑5 consultants to gather, analyze, and synthesize client data.
• Formulate and test hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate findings to client management.
• Present results, support implementation of recommendations, and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the practice.
• Participate in formal training programs and receive mentorship from partners and senior consultants.

Required profile

• University degree with an excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and the local office language.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work with people at all organizational levels and willingness to travel.
