About the role
Shamrock Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef in a fast‑paced environment delivering modern, innovative food.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high‑quality dishes across a variety of cuisines.
- Manage your own section, ensuring consistent standards throughout service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional commercial kitchen.
- Available to work a rotating roster of 5 days within a 7‑day operation.
Required skills
- Strong food hygiene knowledge and compliance.
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
