About the role

Shamrock Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic full‑time cook to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team led by a dedicated Head Chef. This role offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to a family‑like atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, ensuring modern and innovative presentation.
• Manage your own section of the kitchen, maintaining consistent quality throughout service.
• Adhere to food hygiene standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members to deliver smooth service during a rotating 5‑day work schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional commercial kitchen.
• Flexible attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in personal presentation.
• Availability for a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, approximately 38 hours per week.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of food hygiene compliance and best practices.
• Ability to manage kitchen sections and consistently deliver high‑standard food.
