About the role

The Matthew Flinders Hotel in Chadstone, Victoria, is looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join its kitchen team. The role prepares high-quality dishes for guests and is described as a hands-on position involving manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs and deliveries.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen
• Passion for the guest experience and for delivering high-quality dishes
• Great organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, including lifting and moving stock
