About the role
YOMG is looking for a full-time Front of House Supervisor in Glen Waverley, Victoria. The role sits within a fast-food restaurant and involves leading a front-of-house customer service team while maintaining high service standards. Agencies are not invited to apply; candidates apply directly.
Required profile
- Availability to work 38 hours per week on a five-day roster, including days, nights and weekends as required.
- Experience managing a front-of-house customer service team.
- A leadership approach that keeps service and customer experience exceptional.
- A hands-on, self-motivated and solutions-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A willingness to learn, develop and uphold YOMG's standards, plus a genuine passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional service.
