About the role
An award-winning registered club in Shepparton, described as a riverfront estate with leisure, dining, bars and high-volume gaming, is looking for a Duty Manager to lead daily shift operations. The position is full time and requires availability across a 7-day rotating roster covering days, nights and weekends.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory or duty management experience in a high-volume club, hotel or gaming environment.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competencies, with a sound working knowledge of club legislation and safety protocols.
- Strong composure, practical decision-making under pressure and a people-first leadership style.
- Full availability across a 7-day rotating roster.
What we offer
- Base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation.
- At least 9 days off every 4-week roster cycle.
