In-Room Dining Supervisor

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is looking for an In-Room Dining Supervisor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences, build lasting relationships and inspire excellence. The role coordinates the in-room dining service and supports the team in delivering efficient, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service to guests.
• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments so that in-room dining runs efficiently.
• Assist management in making sure the team has the resources needed to do its job.
• Help the team with general responsibilities during service.
• Assign work tasks and make sure they are completed on time and meet the appropriate quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience working in in-room dining (or a food and beverage outlet) is required.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferable.
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia.

Required skills

• Nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• I'm Alert Food Safety certification from the City of Perth.
