About the role
Gilhooleys Irish Pubs and Restaurants are seeking an experienced chef to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef in a fast‑paced environment, delivering modern, high‑quality food.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own sections and maintain consistently high food standards throughout service.
- Prepare and present dishes with a focus on quality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation across a 7‑day roster.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work 5 days within a 7‑day operation and flexible to a rotating roster.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
- Immaculate grooming and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene compliance and practices.
