About the role

Join Salter Brothers Hospitality as the Director of Digital Performance, leading digital strategy for a portfolio of luxury hotels and retreats across Australia. This senior role sits within the Commercial and Marketing function and focuses on driving direct revenue, customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's digital performance strategy aligned with commercial objectives and guest experience outcomes.
• Lead optimisation of digital acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing channels to maximise direct revenue and customer retention.
• Drive performance across websites, booking journeys, marketing technology and conversion optimisation.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, platform implementations and technology enhancements.
• Partner with Revenue, Distribution and Operations teams to maximise direct bookings and channel profitability.
• Own digital budgets, agency relationships and technology investments to deliver measurable ROI.
• Develop executive reporting, performance measurement frameworks and data‑driven insights.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing digital team.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in digital performance, e‑commerce or digital marketing within a multi‑property hotel or hospitality environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven success driving direct revenue growth through data‑driven digital strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
