About the role

Join the vibrant team at Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets and support our chefs in delivering memorable dishes. As a Kitchen Steward you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a busy boutique hotel kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sterilise countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment.
• Maintain food storage areas, receive and organise deliveries, and support basic food preparation.
• Remove kitchen waste and wash dirty dishes.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great service and previous experience as a Kitchen Steward.
• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment, willingness to learn and work as part of a wider hotel team.
• Motivated team player with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and legal rights to work in Australia without restrictions.
