Front Office Support Officer – Investment Operations

About the role

The State Street Global Delivery team is seeking an experienced professional to manage day‑to‑day client activity within the Front Office Support (FOS) team. The role involves acting as the primary contact for clients' front‑office teams, ensuring timely trade execution, and supporting strategic client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client front‑office teams, triaging and resolving issues while coordinating with internal teams.
• Track and manage BAU client queries related to Front and Middle Office, ensuring proactive and timely responses.
• Maintain accuracy of clients’ Order Management Systems (OMS) and Middle Office IBOR record‑keeping systems.
• Provide technical support using CRIMS and other front‑office systems, and communicate resolutions to clients and management.
• Collaborate with GD leads, Alpha, CRIMS, and other stakeholders to drive value and improve processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of investment‑management operational support experience.
• Strong expertise in front‑office systems (Charles River/CRD) and middle‑office IBOR record‑keeping.
• Broad product knowledge across equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and OTC.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, team‑oriented, and able to adapt to change.
