Delivery Lead

About the role

Caruso is looking for a Delivery Lead to run one of its fund services teams in Sydney. You will be the primary point of contact for a set of fund manager clients, managing daily stand‑ups, priorities and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day client contact, triaging requests and assigning work within the team.
• Run daily stand‑ups to discuss client needs, priorities and blockers, assigning owners for each issue.
• Plan, track and deliver distributions, statements, investor communications and registry events.
• Provide proactive client updates and coordinate rapid response when issues arise.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering and internal tooling teams to resolve data problems and improve the platform.
• Document client business rules, processes and checklists to ensure consistent team execution.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers, Implementation, and other Delivery Leads to align commercial and operational activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a client‑facing delivery role such as project management, implementation, client services or consulting, preferably in SaaS, fintech or financial services.
• Strong organisational skills, detail‑driven and able to follow through on plans and actions.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues with engineering teams and explain trade‑offs to clients.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with fund managers, CFOs and operations teams.
