Technical Product Lead - AI Stockbroking

About the role

Lead the AI‑driven stockbroking vertical of BJAK's Superapp, shaping strategy, technical design and delivery for a regulated, high‑impact financial product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vertical end‑to‑end, defining strategy, metrics, roadmap and delivery priorities.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security and scalability.
• Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes, establishing evaluation, safeguards and human oversight.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance to ensure smooth launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows and distributed systems.
• Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance or trading.
• Ability to make difficult trade‑offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
