Front Office Supervisor – Nights

About the role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager and working closely with the Executive Assistant Manager, the Front Office Supervisor – Nights ensures a consistently high level of guest service throughout the night shift at Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service during check‑in, check‑out and throughout the stay, responding promptly and courteously to all requests.
• Oversee night‑shift operations, ensuring smooth front desk procedures and accurate documentation.
• Conduct training and development sessions for front office staff to enhance skills and service quality.
• Promote and up‑sell hotel facilities and services using strong product knowledge.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold all privacy and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
