Handyperson – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

Ayers Rock Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Handyperson to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT. You will join the hotel maintenance team, applying hands‑on trade experience and building‑construction knowledge to keep the resort’s facilities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out fabrication, maintenance, repair and installations across the designated hotel zone.
• Perform minor repairs, reprogramming, service and fault‑finding on guest‑room air‑conditioning units, hotel lighting, electronic door locks and room safes.
• Maintain and secure all tools provided by the resort.
• Execute preventative maintenance according to scheduled manuals.

Required profile

• Current full Australian driver’s licence.
• Valid White Card.
• Hands‑on experience in a trade environment with knowledge of building construction.
• Willingness to live onsite and pass a national criminal history check.
