Sales Administrator (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join the team at Elysium Noosa Resort. In this full‑time position you will support the sales function by managing leads, coordinating events and driving new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a personal sales call plan with regular follow‑up and adapt it to market demands.
• Develop and execute follow‑up plans for prospective business leads.
• Administer events and proposals, conducting market research to identify new MICE and leisure opportunities.
• Reactivate past opportunities using lost business contacts in Delphi.
• Identify, qualify and convert sales leads into revenue‑generating business.
• Provide regular activity reporting and insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in events or marketing (preferred but not essential).
• Background working with luxury brands in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with Delphi (preferred).
