Casual Guest Service Agent – Hospitality

About the role

Elysia Wellness Retreat is seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, updates and special requests using the property management system.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options and retreat facilities.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders via in‑person, phone and email channels.
• Address and resolve guest issues promptly, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand’s values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) for reservations and guest management.

• Competitive hourly rates: $32.31 (Mon‑Fri), $38.78 (Sat), $45.24 (Sun).
• Flexible rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
