About the role

The Fresh Service Manager leads the Fresh department in a Woolworths supermarket, ensuring consistent product quality, hygiene and availability while delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Fresh department to ensure consistent product quality, hygiene and availability throughout the store.
• Maintain daily routines and standards that support a great shopping experience for customers.
• Promote safety by ensuring all store processes and hygiene protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team and other department managers to achieve overall store goals.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering a flexible, high‑performing team culture.
