Franchise Performance Coach

About the role

Lendi Group, behind Australia's digital mortgage brand Lendi and the Aussie franchise, is looking for a Franchise Performance Coach to support one of Australia's largest mortgage broker networks. You will partner with franchisees to drive business growth, improve sales performance and deliver better customer experiences, acting as a trusted advisor and coach. About 50% of your time is spent on the road visiting franchisees, coaching brokers and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to improve sales performance, broker productivity, customer outcomes and overall business growth across your region.
• Coach franchisees on leadership capability, business plan execution and key performance targets.
• Support franchise recruitment, broker growth, store expansion, renewals, succession planning and market representation.
• Embed best practices that improve customer experience, conversion and settlement outcomes.
• Support the rollout of new products, tools, systems and initiatives, and help franchisees adopt new ways of working.
• Build strong partnerships with franchisees, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities, solve challenges and run improvement plans.
• Help franchisees meet franchise standards, operational requirements and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales leadership, business development, franchise management or business consulting in financial services, property, fintech or another multi-site environment.
• Proven experience coaching business owners or sales teams to improve commercial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen, interpreting performance data and turning insights into action.
• Experience leading change and embedding new initiatives, products or ways of working.
• Strong understanding of mortgages, lending, property or complex retail service environments.
• Self-motivated, able to manage your own region and travel regularly.

Nice to have

• Experience with franchise or distributed sales networks.
• Business planning, franchise lifecycle management or retail expansion experience.
• Understanding of the Australian mortgage broking industry and franchise operations.
