FP&A Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Join a leading ASX‑listed financial services firm as an FP&A Manager, delivering group performance reporting, planning and insights to senior leadership. The role offers flexible hybrid work arrangements with two days remote per week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and Board reports, including ratios, key transaction and revenue statistics, and KPIs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop long‑ and short‑term plans, identifying opportunities through detailed commercial insights.
• Analyse business strategy, value drivers and KPIs, providing financial analysis and insights into performance.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance gaps, communicating findings to senior finance and business stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders to improve commercial performance and achieve business and financial objectives.
• Work with partners on quarterly forecasts, monthly performance results and contribute to annual budgets and five‑year revenue and expense plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline with CA ANZ or CPA Australia qualification.
• Background delivering group performance reporting, planning and strategic insights, preferably in financial services.
• Strong track record of influencing stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Self‑starting, independent, curious mindset with strong critical thinking and complex problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experienced in engaging senior management, executives and Board members.
