Founding Customer Success Manager – APAC

About the role

Ashby is looking for its first Customer Success Manager in APAC to own a strategic book of up‑market customers, guide their adoption of a highly configurable hiring platform, and drive long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ~20 strategic APAC customers representing >$2 M ARR, overseeing health, risk, and value realization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services and Operations to deliver cohesive outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
• Configure workflows, provide training, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve hiring excellence.
• Identify themes across accounts, improve internal processes and develop regional best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to build multi‑threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and manage a high‑value book of business.
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to 10 % for strategic engagements.
• Strong communication, data‑driven mindset and passion for teaching and coaching.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of complex, configurable SaaS products.
• Experience with change management, adoption metrics and risk assessment.
