About the role
TMGM is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Account Manager to drive sales of its Forex CFD products and deliver exceptional client service across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell TMGM’s Forex CFD products, building and nurturing a pipeline of new clients.
- Provide prompt, professional support to clients via phone, email and chat, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed defined KPIs and sales targets while continuously expanding market knowledge.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in the Forex industry or a customer‑focused sales environment.
- Strong communication skills, proactive problem‑solving attitude and high ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to make high outbound call volumes and engage diverse buyers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (highly preferred).
