Senior Account Manager - South Australia

About the role

ARBEX is hiring a Senior Account Manager to represent Kimberly-Clark Professional across South Australia, covering metropolitan Adelaide and regional areas. This is a broad, hands-on B2B sales role focused on end-user customers and local distributor relationships, with the autonomy to manage your territory and identify new opportunities. The role is due to commence in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of end-user customers and distributor relationships across South Australia
• Build relationships with new and existing key decision-makers and grow the business
• Develop opportunities in healthcare and government, industrial, food manufacturing, commercial facilities and office environments
• Use customer, market and sales insights to recommend solutions and uncover innovation opportunities
• Activate integrated commercial programs and national account initiatives locally
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, customers, market trends and competition

Required profile

• B2B sales experience in account management, business development or a similar customer-facing role
• Ability to develop existing accounts, build new relationships and meet sales and account KPIs
• Comfortable moving between end-user opportunities and distributor relationships
• Preferred: experience with both end-users and distributors, and sales in healthcare, hygiene, industrial, manufacturing or food production
• Preferred: existing familiarity with the South Australian market; only local candidates authorised to work in Australia considered
