Food & Beverage Server – Luxury Hotel (Newcastle)

About the role

Crystalbrook Kingsley is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Guides to join its luxury hotel in Newcastle. You will work across the Roundhouse restaurant, Romberg's Roof Top Bar and Ms Mary's Bar & Terrace, delivering high‑quality service during mainly evening shifts on casual or part‑time contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a high‑volume, a‑la‑carte environment.
• Anticipate and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate POS transactions and uphold service standards.
• Promote a positive, engaging atmosphere that enhances guest experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
• Natural energy, confidence and a fun, positive attitude.
• Willingness to commit at least six months for working‑holiday visa holders.

Required skills

• NSW RSA Certificate.
• POS system experience.
