About the role

Join the Salter Brothers Hospitality team at Ardour Milton Park Bowral, a newly transformed luxury country house hotel and spa. As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will deliver personalised service that creates memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Curate an unforgettable, personalised service experience from arrival to departure.
• Build relationships with guests and locals to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Identify and maximise opportunities to sell food, beverage and experience packages.
• Maintain an organised service area, including multiple tables and stations.
• Set up and break down dining areas, and assist with special events, banquets and private functions.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain the food philosophy and upsell where appropriate.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash, card transactions and room charges in line with hotel policy.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a high‑volume or à la carte restaurant environment.
• RSA certificate (essential).
• Passion for great food and wine, with a vibrant, outgoing nature.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to and from the property.
• Residence near the restaurant or willingness to relocate.
