Key responsibilities
- Provide seamless, high‑quality service throughout the dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
- Present dishes with precision and flair, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with intuitive, attentive care.
Required profile
- Passionate, detail‑oriented professional with a polished, refined demeanour.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect effortlessly with guests.
- Experience in high‑end or fine‑dining environments is valued.
- Current RSA certification and flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights.
