About the role
Vitura Health is looking for an experienced Financial Planning, Analytics & Automation Manager to help shape how the company uses financial and operational information to make better business decisions. It is not a traditional finance role: it combines strong FP&A and commercial capability with analytics, reporting and automation, improving how forecasts are made, performance understood and insights delivered to leaders. The role is open to candidates based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable commercial insights
- Develop and enhance dashboards and management reporting
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand performance, risks and opportunities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and finance processes
- Improve data quality, reporting and visibility
- Support commercial analysis and strategic business initiatives
- Challenge existing processes and help create smarter, more scalable ways of working
Required profile
- Commercially minded, analytical and curious, able to see both the detail and the big picture
- Ideally strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis
- Strong commercial and problem-solving capability
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and turning complex information into clear insights
Required skills
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Power BI and Excel
- Experience developing dashboards and management reporting
- Genuine interest in automation, data and process improvement
- Python, SQL or other data and automation tools highly regarded
