Financial Controller – Eastwood

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing finance team in Eastwood. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead core finance activities, provide strategic insights, and support the organisation’s growth and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and statutory reporting processes.
• Provide senior finance leadership for the implementation of a new ERP platform.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and ensure strong financial governance and compliance.
• Deliver high‑level commercial and strategic insights to support decision‑making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and the broader finance team to drive business outcomes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax requirements and corporate finance principles.
• Experience in multi‑entity environments, complex approval structures and regulated sectors, preferably health.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
