Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead core finance operations for Amplifon's Australian business, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and effective treasury management. This senior position partners with operational and commercial teams to drive improvements and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, delivering timely financial reports and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, optimizing working capital and reducing aged debt.
• Manage treasury activities, cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationships and payment compliance.
• Coordinate external audits, statutory filings and corporate governance under Italian Law 262.
• Lead finance transformation projects, ERP enhancements and integration initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial accounting, governance and internal controls.
• Proven leadership of multifunctional finance teams, including offshore staff.
• Strong stakeholder management with auditors, banks and business partners.
• Ability to balance operational finance duties with strategic support in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Technical accounting expertise and IFRS compliance.
• Oracle ERP (or similar Tier‑One system) proficiency.
• Advanced financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
