About the role
State Street’s Alpha Data Platform team is seeking a versatile Business Analyst to manage development and support of product offerings within the Charles River Development division. The role involves translating complex business needs into technical requirements and collaborating across business, data, and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Document business requirements in agile story format and work with development teams through the project lifecycle.
- Provide front‑to‑back product expertise during implementation, ensuring solutions meet both customer and State Street requirements.
- Support Alpha client BAU efforts, project timelines, and overall client service.
Required profile
- Minimum BS/BA in Technology, Finance, Business or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with front, middle, and back‑office functionality or data‑management platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
