About the role

Join Bolton Clarke as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing financial insights, forecasting and business partnering across a complex national organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver financial, operational and strategic advice.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting processes and develop accurate financial plans.
• Produce management, executive and Board reporting, including performance analysis and trend reporting.
• Use Power BI and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics to analyse large data sets, enhance reporting and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct scenario modelling, cost‑benefit analysis and financial reviews to drive efficiency gains and cost savings.

Required profile

• Commercially astute finance professional with strong business partnering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CA/CPA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering or advisory role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Advanced data analytics and reporting using Power BI.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Planning Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
