Finance Business Partner

About the role

Costa is seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Business Partner to support its Berry International operations. Based in Coffs Harbour, you will work closely with regional leaders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth, investment and performance improvement across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for international operations.
• Deliver variance analysis, financial modelling and business case development.
• Consolidate and report global financial performance with executive commentary.
• Partner with regional and country leaders to influence commercial decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion and investment evaluation.
• Contribute to capital management, cash‑flow oversight and continuous improvement of reporting and governance.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualification with a tertiary background in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in complex, multi‑entity environments, preferably with international operations and consolidations.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to identify key performance drivers.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance and operations.
